Bio: I live a fairly nomadic life between London, Madrid and France. Now that my children are away much of the time, I have started this blog to amuse myself and hopefully other people. I recently celebrated a significant birthday and I decided then that age is only a number (albeit what seems a horribly large one) and that I still feel about thirty. So I am going to carry on traveling, engaging in ridiculous sports with my family and enjoying life regardless of sneaky aches and pains and the odd platinum highlight in my hair.
